Terms of Use

By installing, accessing, or using SpacerrX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. In these terms, "SpacerrX", "we", "us", and "our" mean Spacerr LLC. If you do not agree, please do not use SpacerrX.

SpacerrX is a gamified, human-led X (formerly Twitter) growth platform delivered as a Chrome extension with a companion web service, operated by Spacerr LLC. It helps people show up consistently with Ideas in their voice, daily quests and XP, faster replies, follower cleanup, creator analysis and scheduled publishing.

The toolkit covers the whole daily loop:

• Follower intelligence, see who you follow that doesn't follow back, filter the list, and unfollow one account at a time with pace warnings.
• Posts and replies in your voice, open the compose wand to four write prompts and a wildcard, sharpen your own answer into three versions, and generate five reply variations with reply characters or a one-off Quick instruction.
• Daily quests, XP, levels and a leaderboard, posts, replies, likes, direct messages and retweets earn XP, levels carry ranks, and top places in a month can win prizes.
• A global chat room shared by signed-in users.
• A daily shadowban check for your own account.
• Trend-informed prompts, current public niche context and the Topics you select can shape which write prompts you are asked.
• Creator analysis, deep-dive any creator's public posts, replies and stats, get an AI playbook of what works for them, and chat with that analysis.
• Same-language replies, generate reply options in the language used by the source post.
• Reply automations, your saved go-to reply sets, dropped into X's reply box in one tap.
• Scheduling and Ghostwriter, queue posts to publish at a time you choose, or opt into AI-written posts on a cadence, using an X connection you authorize.

The follower tracker and 20 monthly unfollows are free, quests and the leaderboard are available to signed-in accounts, and every account receives 1,000 one-time signup credits to try the wider toolkit. After those credits are spent, the credit-metered toolkit requires a plan. SpacerrX provides tools, not guaranteed growth, reach or income.

One principle runs through everything: SpacerrX gives you tools, and you decide what to do with them. Nothing is ever replied, followed, or unfollowed automatically, every draft is presented for your review, every trend is a suggestion, every list is information, and every action is a button you press yourself. Publishing is the single exception, and only when you set it up: scheduled posts publish at the time you chose, and Ghostwriter, which is off unless you switch it on and confirm, writes posts in your voice and publishes them on a cadence you set. Both queue every post on your calendar first, where you can edit or delete it before it goes out, and you can switch Ghostwriter off at any time.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use SpacerrX. By using it, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you give us is accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your SpacerrX sign-in secure and for activity that happens under your account. Sign-in uses a passwordless email code or Google, so keep access to that email or Google account safe. Tell us right away if you think your account has been used without your permission.

SpacerrX is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. "X" and "Twitter" are trademarks of their respective owners. You are responsible for using SpacerrX in line with X's own Terms of Service and rules, including any rules about automation. SpacerrX gives you controls and safety warnings, such as pace warnings on unfollowing, but they are aids, not guarantees. You alone decide which actions to take, when, and how often, and you alone are responsible for those actions and their consequences on your X account. If X limits, suspends, or takes any other action against your account, that is between you and X.

When using SpacerrX, you agree not to:

• Use it for spam, harassment, deception, or any unlawful purpose.
• Use it to violate X's rules or the rights of others.
• Use its research features to stalk, harass, or target anyone, or to scrape, resell, or redistribute the public X data it surfaces.
• Resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or try to extract the source of the service, except where the law does not allow that restriction.
• Post unlawful, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit content in the global chat, or impersonate others there.
• Manufacture or fake activity to farm XP, manipulate the leaderboard, or claim prizes you did not earn. We may correct scores and disqualify accounts that do.
• Interfere with, overload, or try to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.

The Ideas and replies SpacerrX creates are drafts to help you. AI can be inaccurate or off-tone, so you should review anything before you publish it. You are solely responsible for the content you post. As between you and us, you keep the rights to the inputs you provide and the drafts you choose to use, subject to the terms of the AI providers that help generate them.

Topics research, trend-informed Ideas and creator analysis use public content from X retrieved through a third-party data provider and may be summarized by AI. We do not own that content. Metrics and AI conclusions may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and nothing in a creator analysis is an assessment of a real person by us.

When you research another account you are looking at information already public on X. You agree to use it for your own content research only, and not to harass, impersonate, target, or build a separate database or profile of anyone, and to comply with privacy and data-protection law where you live. If someone asks us to remove information about them that we hold, we will act on it.

• Some features are free with no card and no time limit: the follower / non-follower tracker with filters, 20 one-tap unfollows every calendar month, and the signed-in quest and leaderboard experience. The monthly unfollow allowance refreshes at the start of each calendar month.
• Every account receives a one-time grant of 1,000 signup credits. While credits remain, they unlock the wider toolkit. After they are spent, an active paid subscription is required for the credit-metered toolkit.
• Creator is the only subscription currently offered to new customers and includes the full toolkit with 10,000 monthly credits. Existing Basic and Pro subscriptions remain grandfathered and continue to work.
• There is no card-based subscription trial. When you subscribe to Creator, we charge your payment method at checkout and access starts straight away.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically each period at the same price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Settings tab in the extension, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• AI usage is metered in credits. One credit equals $0.001 of usage, and each action is charged by its real token cost.
• Monthly subscription credits refresh on the 1st of each calendar month and do not roll over. Credit top-ups you buy separately remain valid for 12 months.
• We may change prices or plans. If we change the price of your subscription, we will give you notice, and the new price takes effect on your next renewal.
• Prices may not include taxes, which we add where required by law.

You can cancel at any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made, but payments already taken are final: we do not refund unused time or credits. The details, including the few exceptions, are in our Refund Policy.

Deleting your account does not end your subscription early or entitle you to a refund for the remainder of a paid period. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, no further charges are made, and the subscription is then cancelled. A deleted account is kept for a 30-day recovery window, or until your paid period ends, if that is later, during which you can restore it by signing back in, after which it is permanently deleted. SpacerrX, including its software, design, and brand, belongs to Spacerr LLC and is protected by law. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use SpacerrX for its intended purpose while you follow these terms. You may not use our name or logo without our permission.

SpacerrX relies on third-party services such as Stripe, Google, our AI providers, and a third-party X data provider that supplies public post data for Ideas research and creator analysis. Your use of those services through SpacerrX may also be governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for how they operate. Third-party data can be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable, and features that depend on it may change or stop working if a provider changes its own service.

SpacerrX is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. SpacerrX is a productivity tool that helps you post and reply faster; it is not a growth service. We do not promise more followers, views, engagement, or that any post will go viral, and we do not guarantee any particular level of growth, reach, or results. We also do not guarantee that using SpacerrX will keep your X account free from limits or action by X. You use SpacerrX at your own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SpacerrX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims and costs that arise out of your use of SpacerrX, your content, or your breach of these terms or of X's rules, to the extent allowed by law.

The quest and leaderboard features count your own X activity as numbers and turn them into XP, levels and rankings. Your public X handle, avatar and XP are visible to other users on the leaderboard. XP has no monetary value and can be recalculated if we change how it is computed or find that activity was manufactured.

From time to time we may award prizes to top-ranked accounts, as described in the app for the current period. Prizes are discretionary, not guaranteed, may change or be withdrawn between periods, and may be refused or reclaimed where we reasonably believe scores were manipulated. Where a prize has cash value, you are responsible for any taxes on it, and prizes may be unavailable where the law does not allow them.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, misuse the service, or create risk for us or others. You can stop using SpacerrX at any time. Some parts of these terms continue to apply after your access ends.

We may update the service and these terms from time to time. When we change the terms, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, give a more prominent notice. If you keep using SpacerrX after a change, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Spacerr LLC agree that the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not resolved informally, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court where eligible. Where the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory consumer protections, those protections still apply to you.
