Refund Policy

The short version: try SpacerrX for free first — the free plan needs no card and includes real tools (the follower / unfollow tools, unlimited reply automations, and a taste of the rest). There is no trial: when you subscribe you are charged right away and get full access immediately, and paid subscriptions and credit top-ups are final and non-refundable. This policy explains exactly how that works. It sits alongside our Terms of Use. SpacerrX is operated by Spacerr LLC.
1. Try it free first
You do not need to pay to see whether SpacerrX is for you. The free plan needs no card and does real work: the follower / non-follower tracker and safe one-tap unfollowing, unlimited one-tap reply automations, monitoring what's going viral, and a taste of tracked accounts and reply characters. Use it for as long as you like before deciding to pay for the AI features.
2. No trial — you pay when you subscribe
There is no free trial to manage or cancel before a charge lands. When you choose a paid plan you are charged at checkout and the full toolkit unlocks immediately. Because you are paying up front for access you receive right away, subscribing is a deliberate choice — the free plan above is there so you can evaluate the product first.
3. Payments are non-refundable
Paid subscriptions and credit top-ups are final. We do not refund unused time, unused credits, forgotten cancellations, or change-of-mind. You can cancel at any time to stop all future charges, and you keep your plan and your remaining credits until the end of the period you already paid for.
4. Deleting your account
Deleting your account does not trigger a refund and does not cut your subscription off early. If you delete your account while a paid period is still running, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charges are made — the subscription is then cancelled automatically. We do not refund the unused portion of a period you chose to leave early.
A deleted account is not erased immediately. It is scheduled for deletion and kept for a 30-day recovery window, during which you can restore everything simply by signing back in. If your paid period runs longer than 30 days (for example on an annual plan), your account stays recoverable until that period ends. After the recovery window closes, your account and its data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
5. Your credits are yours
Credits you have paid for are yours to spend in the app. Monthly plan credits refresh at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits stay valid for 12 months. Cancelling does not remove credits you already hold for your current period.
6. Outages and interruptions
Like any online service, SpacerrX can have downtime, degraded AI output, or interruptions from the third-party providers we build on. These do not create a right to a cash refund. If a prolonged outage materially affects your paid period, contact us: at our sole discretion we may add account credit or extend your period to make up for it — but compensation for interruptions is in service, not in money. Normal variation in AI output, or a single failed request you can retry, is not an outage.
7. How to reach us about a charge
Email support@spacerrs.com from the address on your account and tell us about the charge. We aim to respond within two business days. If a refund is approved (see section 2), it goes back to your original payment method and can take a few days for your bank to show it.
8. Chargebacks
If a charge looks wrong, please contact us first. We can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback, and it keeps your account in good standing. Accounts that file chargebacks on legitimate charges may be suspended.
9. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the refund or cancellation rights you have by law, such as mandatory consumer protections in your country. Where the law gives you a stronger right, that right applies.
