Pricing questions
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes, and no card is required. The non-follower tracker with its filters is free and unlimited forever, including 20 one-tap unfollows every month, and the global chat is free too. On top of that, every new account gets a free run of the entire toolkit: 1,000 credits across 10 active days.
- What are the free run's limits?
- Two, and it ends on whichever comes first: spending the 1,000 signup credits, or your tenth ACTIVE day. Active days are days you actually open the extension, not calendar days, so a week where you never opened it does not burn the run. When it ends the follower tools keep working, free, forever.
- How much does SpacerrX cost?
- The Creator plan is $9.99 a month and is the only plan sold to new customers. It includes 10,000 credits each month and the full v5 toolkit: write prompts, AI replies, one-tap replies, scheduled posts, Ghostwriter, creator analysis and unlimited unfollows. There are no seats, no per-channel add-ons and no overage charges.
- What is a credit, and what does one buy?
- Credits meter the AI features rather than counting posts. A generated post costs roughly 35 credits and a reply roughly 18, so 10,000 monthly credits is on the order of 280 posts or 550 replies, and most people mix the two. Reading the write prompts, browsing your non-followers and using one-tap replies never cost credits.
- Is there a free trial of the paid plan?
- No card-based trial. The 1,000-credit free run is the trial, and it needs no payment method at all. When you do subscribe, checkout charges immediately, the subscription renews monthly until you cancel, and access continues through the period you paid for.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes, from the Settings tab in the extension. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments already taken are final and non-refundable, which is set out in full on the refund policy page.
