    Answer one question and queue the day's post

    Open x.com. The compose wand asks what you shipped, broke or learned. Type the answer badly, half-sentences and typos are fine, and take whichever of the three sharpened versions sounds most like you. Post it now, or drop it onto the week grid for the hour your audience is actually awake.

  2. 10 to 15 minutes

    Reply under the posts that are still climbing

    Work down your niche timeline. On each fresh post from a bigger account, open the reply box, read the five drafts, edit the one you like and send it. This is where the followers come from, and it is the step people skip because thinking of what to say is slow. Pace it: start near 50 replies a day and build toward a ceiling of roughly 200, across two or three short sessions.

  3. 5 minutes, once a week

    Fill the rest of the week's calendar

    Press the wildcard row a couple of times, keep the four or five posts that are genuinely yours, and place them across the grid. They publish while you are asleep, in a meeting, or away for the weekend. If you would rather not do this step at all, turn Ghostwriter on and review its queue instead of building one.

    Open the non-follower list, filter to the accounts that never followed back, and unfollow in one-tap passes rather than a bulk sweep. Nothing fires in bulk and the tool warns you when your pace is too fast, because a mass unfollow run is the single most reliable way to get an account limited.
