Privacy Policy

SpacerrX is a product of Spacerr LLC ("Spacerr LLC", "we", "us", or "our"). We provide a browser extension and web service that helps you manage who you follow on X and draft posts and replies in your own voice. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, reach us through our contact page at https://spacerrx.com/contact.

• We never ask for, see, or store your X password. SpacerrX works through the X session already open in your browser, and your X session is never used on our servers.
• Your follower and following lists are read and processed inside your browser. They are not sent to or stored on our servers.
• Our AI writes from a structured voice profile. To build it we read a sample of your own recent posts once, distill how you write into style notes, and discard the raw posts. We never keep an archive of your posts.
• If you connect your X account for scheduled posts or Ghostwriter, our servers publish those posts for you at the times you chose, using an authorization token from X. That is the only thing we do on your X account.
• Features that research X, including trend-informed Ideas, Topics searches, creator analysis and repost selection, run on our servers through a third-party X data provider. Public results may be stored as working data. This is public content, not your private data.
• The quests and leaderboard count your activity as numbers: how many posts, replies, likes, retweets and new DM conversations per day. Never the content of any of them. Your public handle, avatar and XP appear on the leaderboard other users see.
• We do not sell your personal information.

We collect the information needed to give you an account, run the AI features, and process payments:

• Account information: the email address you sign up with. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
• Subscription information: your plan and subscription status. Payments are handled by our processor, Stripe, which collects and stores your card details directly. We never see or store your card number, only a Stripe customer reference and your plan status.
• Content you send to the AI: the topics, prompts, drafts, and the text of the specific post you choose to reply to or translate, which we send to our AI providers to generate a result.
• A sample of your own recent posts: during voice setup your browser reads your top recent posts and sends their text to us once, so the AI can learn how you actually write. It is passed to our AI provider for that single distillation and then discarded. We do not keep it.
• Voice profile: structured notes about your writing style, distilled from that sample and from the choices you make during onboarding. This is not a copy of your posts.
• Your X connection, if you enable scheduled posts or Ghostwriter: your X handle, your X user id, and an authorization token from X which we hold encrypted so we can publish on your behalf. You can disconnect it at any time.
• Posts you schedule: the text, any media you upload, and the time you chose, kept until the post goes out or you delete it.
• Your searches and interests: the Topics and keywords you choose for trend-informed Ideas, and a short rolling history where needed to provide the feature.
• Public X content you ask us to fetch: when Ideas research, a Topics search, creator analysis or repost selection runs, we retrieve relevant public posts, public engagement counts and public author details. We store working results where needed so the feature can load and remain available.
• Content you create in the app: your notes, saved reply sets, custom tones, reply characters and reply preferences, and your messages in a creator-analysis chat.
• Activity counts for the quest and leaderboard features: how many posts, replies, likes, retweets and new direct message conversations you completed each day. These are numbers only. For direct messages we store a one-way hash of the conversation id so the same conversation is not counted twice in a day; we never see or store who you messaged or what you wrote.
• Leaderboard information: your public X handle, public avatar, a daily reading of your public follower count, and the XP computed from your activity counts. Your handle, avatar and XP are visible to other SpacerrX users on the leaderboard.
• Global chat messages: messages you send in the SpacerrX chat room, including any image you attach, which are visible to other signed-in users and are kept until you or a moderator delete them or your account is deleted. If a message is reported, we keep a copy of the reported message for review.
• Shadowban checks: the public X handle the check runs for and its latest result.
• Usage information: credits used, which features you use, counts of actions such as unfollows so we can apply plan limits, and basic diagnostic logs that help us keep the service running.
• Technical information: standard data such as your IP address and browser type, collected automatically when you use the service.

• Your X (Twitter) password or login credentials.
• Your payment card details, which you enter directly with Stripe and which never reach our servers.
• Your follower and following lists, which are read locally in your browser and never sent to our servers.
• An archive or copy of your own posts. The sample read during voice setup is used for that one distillation and then discarded, and nothing else pulls your timeline into storage.
• Your private X data, the content of direct messages, protected accounts, or anything you cannot see while logged out. Everything our servers retrieve is public content. The quest feature only counts that you sent a message, using a one-way hash; the message itself, and who received it, never leave your browser.

• To provide and operate the extension and its AI features.
• To create and secure your account and sign you in.
• To process your subscription, credits, and payments.
• To send you service messages such as sign-in codes, receipts, and important notices.
• To monitor, troubleshoot, improve, and protect the service.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Almost everything that touches your own X account happens inside your browser, using the session you are already logged in to. Your follower and following lists and the posts you browse are processed on your device. Following, unfollowing, posting from the composer, and replying are actions your browser performs as you. Our servers never see, use, or store your X session or your X password.

There is one exception, and it only exists if you turn it on. Scheduled posts and Ghostwriter have to publish while your browser is closed, which your browser cannot do. So if you connect your X account for those features, X issues us an authorization token for your account, which we store encrypted, and our servers use it to publish the posts you queued (and any reshares you scheduled) at the times you chose. This is X's own official publishing interface, not your session or your password, it is limited to publishing, and you can disconnect it at any time, which revokes it.

Separately, some features research what is happening publicly on X. When trend-informed Ideas or a Topics search runs, when you analyze a creator, or when you pick one of your own posts to reshare, our servers send the relevant search terms or handle to a third-party X data provider. It returns public posts and public profile information. We store working results where needed so the feature can load and remain available. This research is never gathered using your X browser session or credentials.

The X content that leaves your browser is limited to what you choose to send: the sample of your own posts read once during voice setup and the specific post you ask us to reply to or translate.

We share limited data with trusted service providers so they can perform their part of the service. They may only use it to provide that service, not for their own purposes. Our providers include:

• AI providers, currently OpenAI and DeepSeek, to generate posts, replies, analysis, and trend research. OpenAI's models write your posts, replies, trend ideas and creator analysis; DeepSeek's model performs the one-off voice distillation during setup. Their models receive the prompt for the feature you invoked, which may include your voice profile, your draft, the sample of your own posts read during voice setup, or the public post text the feature works on.
• Vercel, whose AI Gateway routes our requests to those AI providers, and whose storage service holds the post archives behind a creator analysis.
• A third-party X data provider, which receives the search terms or creator handle you enter and returns matching public posts from X. It does not receive your identity or your X session.
• Stripe to process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Resend to deliver transactional email such as sign-in codes and receipts.
• Google, if you choose to sign in with your Google account.
• Our cloud hosting, database, and caching providers to run the service and store your account data.
• PostHog to understand how our website and extension are used, through privacy-conscious product analytics, so we can improve them. This never includes your activity on x.com.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If you sign in with Google, SpacerrX's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use Google sign-in only to authenticate you and create your account. We do not use Google data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

The SpacerrX extension asks only for the permissions it needs to do its job, and everything it collects or processes through those permissions is used solely to provide the user-facing features described in this policy:

• Access to x.com pages, so the panel, composer, and buttons can appear on X, and so your follower and following lists can be read locally inside your own logged-in session. This data stays in your browser.
• Storage, to save your settings, saved reply sets, and sign-in state on your device.
• Connection to our own API, used only for your SpacerrX account, subscription status, and the AI features you invoke.

SpacerrX's use of information from the browser follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements: extension data is used only to provide or improve the features you see, is never sold, is never used for advertising or creditworthiness, and is never transferred to third parties except as needed to provide those features (the providers in section 7), to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with equivalent protections.

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. We keep AI inputs and generated drafts only as long as needed to provide the feature and your account history, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Research results are kept as working data: Ideas research is refreshed and overwritten as you use it, selected Topics and current niche context may be cached for a short period, and a creator analysis and its stored posts remain until you delete it or your account. When you delete your account, it is scheduled for deletion and kept for a 30-day recovery window (or until any paid subscription period ends, if that is later) so you can restore it by signing back in; after that window, your account and its associated data are permanently deleted, except records we are required to keep by law. You can also ask us to delete your account and its data at any time through our contact page at https://spacerrx.com/contact.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights, or withdraw consent, through our contact page at https://spacerrx.com/contact. You can also cancel your subscription at any time from your account. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No online service can be completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe and to notify you if a breach affects you, as required by law.

SpacerrX is not directed to children. You must be at least 16 years old to use it, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may process and store your information in countries other than the one you live in. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers. By using SpacerrX, you understand that your information may be processed in these locations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will give a more prominent notice. Your continued use of SpacerrX after an update means you accept the revised policy.
